Welcome to Fetch Club.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fetchclub.in and your purchase of products from Fetch Club. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About Fetch Club

Fetch Club is an independent dog lifestyle brand offering products including clothing, accessories and other products for dog people.

Our products currently include:

T-shirts
Tote bags
Dog bandanas
Caps
Matching sets
Other products that may be introduced from time to time

Fetch Club reserves the right to add, remove, modify or discontinue products at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use our website and place orders.

By using our website, you confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

3. Your Fetch Club Account

Certain features of our website allow you to create a customer account using your email address.

You are responsible for keeping your account information and login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Please notify us at hello@fetchclub.in if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms, abuse of promotions or returns, or other improper use of our Services.

4. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities available for purchase
Correct errors in product descriptions or information
Update or discontinue products
Refuse or cancel orders where necessary

5. Print-on-Demand Products

Some Fetch Club products, including T-shirts and tote bags, are produced on a print-on-demand basis through our fulfilment partner.

Because these products may enter production specifically in response to your order, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

If you wish to cancel a print-on-demand order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@fetchclub.in.

If production has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.

Once production has started, the order may no longer be cancellable.

Any applicable return, replacement or refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Other Products

Products such as bandanas, caps and matching sets are fulfilled and shipped by Fetch Club.

These products may be cancelled any time before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and any applicable return or refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the products in your order.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

An order is considered accepted by Fetch Club when we confirm the order for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
Incorrect product or pricing information
Inventory or availability errors
Unusual or excessive quantities
Misuse of promotions or discounts
Technical errors
Other circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise.

Payments are processed online through our payment gateway, Razorpay.

We currently accept supported online payment methods including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and supported wallets/payment instruments.

Fetch Club does not currently offer Cash on Delivery.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund of the amount paid.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 5–7 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, strikes, technical issues, incorrect delivery information or other unforeseen circumstances.

Because some products are print-on-demand and fulfilled by a third-party fulfilment partner while other products are shipped directly by Fetch Club, items from the same order may be shipped separately.

You may therefore receive separate delivery notifications and packages for products purchased in the same order.

10. International Orders

Fetch Club primarily operates in India.

We may accept international orders at our discretion.

International orders may be subject to different shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, such charges are the customer's responsibility.

11. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Our rules regarding returns, defective products, damaged products, incorrect orders, store credit and refunds are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fetch Club website, including but not limited to:

The Fetch Club name and branding
Logos
Product designs
Artwork
Graphics
Photographs
Videos
Product descriptions
Written content
Website design
Other original materials

is owned by Fetch Club or used with permission from the relevant rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

13. Acceptable Use

You may use the Fetch Club website only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

Use bots, scrapers or automated systems to access or collect website content
Copy or reproduce our product designs or website content
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website
Introduce malicious code or harmful technology
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Use another person's account without permission
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse promotions, discounts, returns or other customer benefits
Use our website for unlawful purposes

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

14. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, testimonials or other content to Fetch Club.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

You have the right to submit the content
The content does not violate another person's rights
The content is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate
The content does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

You grant Fetch Club permission to display and use submitted content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This may include displaying reviews on our website and using customer-submitted photographs, videos or testimonials for Fetch Club's social media, website, advertising and other marketing purposes.

You will not receive payment for such use.

If you no longer want us to use your submitted content for marketing purposes, you can contact hello@fetchclub.in and request its removal. We will review the request and, where appropriate, remove the content from our active marketing use.

15. Third-Party Services

Fetch Club uses third-party services to operate parts of our business, including Shopify, Razorpay, analytics providers, advertising platforms, fulfilment partners and other service providers.

Your use of certain services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

We are not responsible for the independent actions, content, policies or practices of third-party services that are outside our control.

16. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the website for maintenance, updates, security reasons or other operational purposes.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fetch Club will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website, business practices or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms and publish the updated version on our website.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are published means that you agree to the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
