We're a small independent brand and every order is printed just for you. We want you to love what you receive — and if something isn't right, we'll make it work.
Returns & Store Credit
We accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery. Approved returns are issued as store credit — we do not offer cash refunds.
To raise a return request:
-Email us at hello@fetchclub.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
-Include your order number and a photo or short video of the item
-The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
Once we confirm your request we'll guide you through the return process. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. Store credit will be issued as soon as we receive and inspect the item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect we'll replace it immediately — no questions asked. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost to you. Return shipping for defective items is covered by us.
What We Don't Cover
-Returns raised after 48 hours of delivery
-Items that have been worn, washed or altered
-Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
-Change of mind after the 48 hour window
A Note on Sizing
Every order is made to order so please use our size guide before placing your order. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Most sizing questions can be answered in the size guide.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued via email and can be used on any future Fetch Club order. It does not expire.
